how do i convert a number of days to years, months & days?

I have calculated the number of days between 2 dates. Now I need to convert
this answer (number of days) to the number of years, months & days.

xxx days = x years, xx months, xxx days

In Range A1:C2 (below)

Start Day End Day Difference
11/27/1944 8/22/2007 62 years, 8 months and 26 days

Cell C2 = =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"y") & " years, " & DATEDIF(A2,B2,"ym") & "
months and " &DATEDIF(A2,B2,"md") & " days"

Watch for wrapping of this single formula...
