how do i convert a large amount of .pst files to .doc or .txt fil

I been given about 6,000 emails in a .pst format folder and need them in an
easy format for printing in a large scale at the local printers. So a .doc or
..txt file would be the best. I'm using microsoft office outlook 2003. All the
relevant information of the emails must be viewable (to, from, date, body...
etc)
