How do I convert a date (from cell A1) to Monday's date within its week into

What is the first day of the week?

If the first day is Monday, then:

=A1+1-WEEKDAY(A1+6)

If the first day is Sunday, (so the Monday would be the day after Sunday) then:

=A1+2-WEEKDAY(A1)
