I do not know how to configure outlook to exchnage mails from my yahoo ID.

Sarbjit,
You will either need to pay a yearly fee for their MailPlus service, or use
a third party program such as !YPOPS (formally known as YahooPops). Read the
instructions/faq's sheets before installing.
