How do I configure Outlook to auto reply every time?

I have set a rule to auto reply to incoming messages. Currently, the auto
reply will only send one reply for each sender. I want Outlook to auto reply
to the sender every time I receive a message, even if I receive several
messages from the same sender - I want them to get the auto reply to every
message. I am not on an Exchange Server so I set up a rule rather than use
the Out of Office Assistant. I could find no place in the rules wizard to
toggle an option for reply once or reply every time.

It is a bad idea and Microsoft did not implement it. Heard of mail loops?
I have and have seen them take down Exchange servers in major organizations.
Not a pretty site, especially when the Exec loses their mailbox access for a
day or longer.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
