How do I condense a mailing label list after some spaced deletion.

I have a mailing list of 4000 names in a label format, 30 per page. After
corrections and deletions there are several blank labels spaced throughout.
Is there a command I can do to condense the list so the blanks will be filled
in and all the names will move at one time?
