How do I concatenate all the detail lines in a report

I am using Access 2007 for an Aircraft History and would like help with the
report

The detail of the report has lines such as:

First flight, Merlin C No. 11 , Watts Z2390, Brooklands, (pilot P. W. S.
Bulman) 6-11-35.

Second flight, Merlin C No. 11 , Watts Z2390, Brooklands, 11-11-35.

Third flight, Merlin C No. 11 , Watts Z2390, Brooklands, 23-11-35.

Is there any way of concatenating these lines to give a tidier report and
would also save on paper.

How is the data stored in your database? Table and field names with
datatype?
Post some sample data records.
