How do I compose letter to contact from Business Manager

Can I compose a letter from Business Manager automatically just like an
e-mail?
 
You can create a new e-mail from the history item of an entity like Account
or Business Contact. I think that is the closest.

So far I do it as a 'series corespondence' (From menu Tools) - sorry if the
command name is only similar, but I us local version of BCM and don't know
the english original. Then I select 'Selected contact only', next select the
document (docx or dotx)...
