How do I compare item text of combobox to one string

Hello all experts
I have used combobox I ms Access like that
Combobox.rowsource="xxxx"
combobox.bound Column=2
Limit to List=yes
all above it working but
I can not get item text of this combobox,so How can I do
can you healp me.
