How do I combine text boxes of scanned document together to allow.

When I scan a document and use OCR the text comes out in separate boxes,
making it difficult to insert text between them. Can I merge all the boxes
into a single document?

Your OCR software may give you an option to scan with or without frames. If
you scan without frames, you'll find the text easier to edit.

If the OCR only formats using frames (or worse still text boxes) you would
be better using its plain text option and formatting the document from
scratch.
