how do I close open folders ?

I get error meassages letting me know that there are to many files opend.

Are you using Microsoft Access the database program part of the
Professional Office Suite?

If so what exactly are you doing when you get this message?

I'm not sure if I am using the soft ware are not but thank you for responding to my question and yes it was helpful I did not see your response at first so I said it did not help me but thanks a bunch mr.meehan
