How do I cloak my e-mail address in Window Mail

How can I cloak my e-mail address in Windows Mail? I'm looking for something
super simple that will automatically cloak when I create new mail in Windows
Mail
 
You can change the 'From' address to anything you want. For example,
look at my (fake) return address.
However, some ISPs do not allow you to use a fake email address.
Have you tried it? You can change that 'From' address by going to
Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties; on the General tab,
you can edit the "E-mail address" field.
