how do i clear my address bar

A friend of mine looked at some rude sites on my comp how can i clear them
from my address bar

In IE, go to Tools>Internet options>General tab. Click on "Clear History"
button in lower-right. Note that you can set the number of days to keep it
next to that button.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Clear History
button.
