ummm... by correctly designing your forms so you don't need to.

What's the context? What is the structure of your table or tables? Why
do you need to "check hundreds of check boxes" in the first place?
Might an Update query updating multiple yes/no fields in batch be
better?

my company throws off reports each month and i have to select certain
indivdual results. The can be as few as 5 or as many as 200, i check the
notification boxes and the reports option selects these and allows me to see
the finished documents of the selected (checked) records.
