how do I change the toolbars to 1 line instead of 2?

I opened my outlook this am and found my toolbars had changed from 1 line to
2. I tried to move them since they were unlocked but they wont stay. Under
customize > options, the line saying show standard and formatting toolbars on
two lines is greyed out and the box is checked. How do I get to it to
uncheck the box???

Do you have any 3rd party software that adds buttons to the toolbars?
