How do I change the size of the text in a page banner in FP2003?

I want to make the text bigger in the page banner in FrontPage 2003.
Properties does not include text size. Changing the text size on the edit
tool box just changes the size of the box the text is in. How do I make the
text bigger in the banner?

Choose Format, Theme. Click the down arrow on the theme you're using.
Choose Customize, click Graphics, in the Item box pick Banner. Click the
Font tab
