How do I change the page order in Word 2000?

I'd like to change the order of the pages I have in a Word document. I'm
using MS Word 2000. In PowerPoint there is "Slide Sort Order" which can be
used for changing the order of the slides.

Does a similar function exist in Word or do I have to insert new pages and
do a long winded cut and paste job?

Many thanks for the help.

You cannot move pages around in Word, because Word doesn't "think" in
terms of pages. You have to cut and paste the text that you want to
move; Word will insert pages for you, as needed.

Word is not a page based application. Cut and paste is the only way.
