How do I change the monthly view?

Today is September 1, so the monthy view on my outlook calendar is great - I
can see the next 5 weeks ahead. But, by around the 25th of the month I will
be getting frustrated because all I see is past events. I would like the top
line of the monthly view to always be the current week, so that I can see
future events as opposed to past events.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to accomplish this task. Any
ideas?
