How do I change the interface colourscheme in Outlook 2007?

I want to change the horrible default colour scheme in Outlook 2007, mine is
a dreadful baby blue...
 
open word... go to the word options button at the bottom of the office icon
menu - color scheme is on the popular section (should be the section visible
when you open the dialog).
 
You can also get there in Outlook using Tools->Options->Mail format
tab->Editor Options.
