How do I change the font in the business card section of envelopes

I am trying to print business cards from the envelope label section of Tools.
It won't allow me to change the font. How can I do this?
 
One way is to select the text, right-click, and choose Font from the popup
menu.

Another way is to use the New Document button instead of the Print button,
and then format the cards in the resulting document.
