how do i change the first letter of a sentence from being a capita

I have a new computer and microsoft outlook email defaults every first letter
of a new line to a capital. How do I disable this so I can use a small
letter?

You can turn that off here if you're not using Word as your editor here:
Tools menu > Options >Spelling tab > Autocorrect options
