How do I change the Defaults for the Excell comment box.

I want to change the default font setting on the comment box so that when the
worksheet is reduced in size the comments are still legible.
 
- Right click on the comment box and click "Edit"
- Right click on the editable comment box and click "Format Comment"

This should take you into the font dialog for the comment box and allow you
to edit all attributes of the font.
 
To change the default font size (this will also change the settings
for tooltips in Excel and other programs):

Right-click on the desktop, and choose Properties
On the Appearance tab, click Advanced.
From the Item dropdown, choose Tooltip
Choose a font Size, click OK, click OK

(Note: selecting a font type here will not affect the
default font used in Excel's comments)
