How do I change the date format in all views of Outlook?

The way Outlook 2003 displays the dates dd/mm/yyyy has got to go - I can
change the dates on the message list window, but then when I open messages or
message tracking lists, that format is still there. How do I change the date
format for everything within outlook? Is there a universal setting somewhere
in there?

I'm pretty sure this is set by your Windows date format.....have you checked
that? Control panel, Regional and Language options....
