How do I change the color of downloaded clip art?

I have downloaded an image from Clip Art that I would like to use, but I do
not like the color. If it is possible to do, I would like to change the
color of the image. I would appreciate receiving any
suggestions/instructions/information. THANKS !

I depends on how much of the picture (clip Art) you want to edit.

You can use MS Paint to do some editing. After starting MS Paint load the
Clip Art on to the screen and edit away, after completing the work, use the
save as function to save the edited picture..

Another way would be to open the picture in Word, right click on the image
and select edit. You must have the drawing tool bar displayed so you can
edit the picture. In the Menu Bar select View, Toolbar, Drawing.
