How do i change the clock on Outlook?

my emails arrive in Outlook with an incorrect time on them -- 33 minutes
ahead of the correct time. My computer clock is correct, it's times posted
in the inbox of Outlook that is incorrect

Outlook uses your system time-of-day. It doesn't have its own (although it
can have its own time zone and DST setting). Perhaps it's your mail server
with the inconsistent time.
