How do I change tab format in new Word 2007

In the 2003 Word, I could change the format of a Rt align tab to a line,
creating blanks to fill out on a page. How do I do that in Word 2007?

Double-click the tab stop on the ruler to open the Tabs dialog box. There
you can make the desired changes.
