How do I change tab color in a Workbook? Office 2000.

"How do I change tab color in a Workbook? Office 2000." Usually I right
click and I am given the option to change color, but in Office 2000 I am not
given this option.
 
That feature was introduced in Excel 2002 (Excel XP)
