How do I change spacing options in e-mails?

When I start an e-mail, the spacing is always double-spaced. I would prefer
single-spacing, but I don't want to compose in Word. How can I change the
default spacing?
 
You are using a stationary that has double spacing. Please go to the options
in Outlook and click on the mail format tab. In the stationary section set
it to <None>.
This should resolve it for you
