How do I change numbers from positive to negitive

Is there a way to change number with a cell range from positive to negative
other than multipling it by -1
 
You can make the multiply very easy. Put -1 in an un-used cell. Select the
cell and copy it. Then go to the cells you want to invert and paste special
with the multiply box checked.

All the cells will be inverted.
 
you can format the cells you want changed to negative, go to custom and
type in "-0"
