i have saved a word document and all my fonts (Times New Roman in particular)
were still there. when my boss put the document on another computer (windows
visio) my fonts disappeared and now the only thing that comes up is Device
Font 10cpi,12cpi and 17cpi. How can i get the regular fonts back?

In Windows on the computer that has this problem, click on Start |
Control Panel | Printers. What printer is selected as the default
printer? If it's None or Generic/TextOnly, then change the default
printer to one that is capable of printing fonts, and you will see more
choices in Word.
