How do I change Log On Screen's screensaver and where is screensaver password edit?

Hello. I want to change the screensaver that shows when all users are logged
off. I tried logging in as the administrator and changing it there, but it's
still the same. Also, where is the option to edit the screensaver password?
It used to be in the Desktop properties Screensaver tab, but now just the
option to enable/disable it is there.

This might work:

Under the registry key
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

Set "ScreenSaveActive" to 1
Set "ScreenSaveTimeOut" to the number of seconds you want
Set "SCRNSAVE.EXE" to the screen saver you want

Also, where is the option to edit the screensaver password?

In Windows XP, the screen saver password is always the same
password as the user account password.
