how do I change from inches to centimetres using Word 2007

I would like to change the unit of measurement from inches to centimetres
when I use Word 2007.

I have already changed the unit to Metric on the Control Panel.

In addition to changing to metric, you may also want to:

Set the default Tabs to 1.25cm (they are usually at 0.5in=1.27cm)

Set the Grid size to 0.25cm (usually at 1/8 in=0.3175cm) - this controls the
tab movement when you drag.
