How do I change default folder for "Save As" in Outlook Express?

I'd like to change the default location (an obscure temp folder), so that
when I regularly save files from Outlook I'll be directed first to My
Documents. Where do I go to change the default preferences?

I don't understand what the answer to the original question is. I am using
Outlook 2003 and want to change the default folder for saving attachments.

What part don't you understand? Instructions at the Outlook 2003 link are
quite clear.
