How do I change default dictionary in ms Word (Office2002) from USA to UK

Hi

How the heck do I change the settings in Microsoft Word
so that it defaults to UK not USA dictionary ?

I cant find it in the obvious place
(Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar)

Where the heck have micro$oft hidden it?!
