How do I change all mail folders to 1 view in 1 step?

Outlook 2003 User would like to have all mail folders display in the same
view. Is there a way to globally change all mail folders in one or two steps
so that they display in the same view without going into each folder and
changing the view separately for each folder. This user uses quite a number
of mail folders. Thanks very much for any help on this issue!
