I need to know how to change a table to a report for a BCIS class because my
teacher will not explain how to do it. I have the table completed but I don't
know how to convert it to a report.

try using the report wizard. should be straight foward. if you are a real
amature, try jotting down on a paper what you want the report to look like.
maybe run the wizard once, then see what you want corrected, and run it again.

good luck,

That's the wrong question. A Report isn't another kind of table, and
you don't "convert" a table into a Report! A Table is a storage
repository for data; a Report is a way of arranging data (out of one
or more tables) on a sheet of paper.

Open Access; open the Reports window on the database tab. Select New.

There are a variety of report wizards to create specific kinds of
reports; they all ask you which table (or tables) you want to include.
