how do I change a source table on a form without recreating form

I have an existing access form and I want to change the source table without
having to recreate the form again - any idea on how I can do this?

The field names will remain unchanged.

Design view
Properties (of the form)
RecordSource
 
1. Open the form in design view.

2. Open the Properties box (View menu.)

3. Looking at the properties of the form (not of a text box), set the
RecordSource property (on the Data tab.)
