How do I change a field on the Outlook contacts form?

On the contact form in Business Contact Manager, there is no space to enter
the type of business. With a business prospect, it is very useful to know
that the person works for a electronic manufacturer, for example, when that
person calls and open his/her form. On the other hand, I have no need for
company financial information on my contacts. Is there a way to remove the
financial info section and replace it with a "Type of Business" field?

The current version of BCM does not support customizing the fields in the
business contact form. This feature is being considered for the next
version of BCM. Have a great day...

BCM does not support customization of the forms, including the picklists.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
You can use the "Categories" field to indicate the type of business.
