How do I center text when mu format icon does not have that option

I am trying to center text. I highlighted the text and clicked on Format;
there is NO CENTERING option. HELP!!!
 
please be more specific.
In what context are you talking about?
you want to center the text...
- in a textbox?
- on a command button?
- on a label?
Where?
