"This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."

If you have to ask you really shouldn't install Windows Vista.
It is much to complicated a procedure for you.
Try doing some reading on Windows Vista before you even think about
installing it.
(www.google.com) type in search line "Windows Vista"

Burn the file to a DVD as an image, then boot from the DVD. If you want, you can
do an upgrade installation from XP to Vista x86, but I would not recommend it.
Clean installation is the best method to use for installation of Vista. As for
what the UDF file system is, it is a CD/DVD file system that supports files over
2GB to be on it and is required for the type of setup that Vista uses.
