Hello,

I am new to MS Access and am having trouble calculating fields on a form. I
have three combo boxes where the user selects product, timeperiod and single
or multi buyer. After the user selects the data, I want the total records to
come up in another combo box under the user defined fields. Please help.

Thanks,

Peter S

Not sure I understand what you are trying to total. You don't mention any
numbers in your example except time period. You then say you want the total
records to com up in a combo box. What do you mean by that? A total is one
number. A combo-box is typically used to display a list of values from
which the user can select.

What are you trying to "calculate"?
