How do I burn with CDFS instead of a RAW file system

Running XP i can burn CD's as audio and they work fine in
my players. When I burn direct data though (MP3) It will
not work because my damn puter is only burning in RAW
which will not work in most of the commercial products..
Does anyone know how to select the file system being used
when burning a data CD, or a good program that will
record with CDFS? The wizard that comes with this OS
doesn't opt in anything but files... it sucks. PLEASE
HELP!?
