how do i burn a recorded tv program to a dvd

I have done successfully once in Sonic MyDvd,although,after it had burn't ,it
did give a msg saying "could not complete last command because invalid stream
file.However did "burn" ok. Next time I tried to burn to a dvd it won't
allow.Said it was not a valid MPEG file.althiugh i had done the same as
before?
Is there anyone who can offer advice,please.
 
Windows XP does not support DVD burning. If you have a question concerning
third-party software, please ask the technical support group for that
program. Another option is to do an internet search.
