How do I block all e-mail that contain special characters?

As a brute-force method of getting rid of spam, how can I set up Outlook
Express to delete all e-mail messages that contain ANY special characters? I
don't need the whole host of foreign characters, symbols, bracket/curly
brackets, and the like.

When I've attempted to set up a rule to exclude a character, it doesn't seem
to work...

thanks,
da cub
