How do I backup/save my e-mails from outlook express 5.0.6 mac

Under folders section I have folders representing each month of the year with
all e-mails sent and received during this time in them.

Please let me know how I can access these folders and make copies/duplicates
onto CD to backup my e-mails.

Hi Andreas

Your info is very relevant - but I am a macintosh user, is there software
available which covers the same area but for the macintosh?
