How do I auto open to new record in a Data Access Page?

I am using a data access page in Access 2000 as an intranet survey. I want
the page to open up to a new record instead of the user having to use the
navigation bar at the bottom of the page. Any ideas how to do this?
 
In the page properties under the ALL tab you can set DataEntry to TRUE. Just
like a regular form.
