How do I attatch custom HTML to an email?

I am a graphic designer trying to send an advertisement for a client through
email, but the HTML formatting is not coming through in Outlook when I send
it from Entourage on my Mac. Am I missing a custom Header or should I just
send it from the PC to start and if so, how do I send it?

I've tried, but it just shows as code, no formatting.

Outlook. No idea about Entourage.
