How do I attach an email into a task in outlook 2007?

In Outlook 2003 with windows XP I used to be able to insert an email into a
task using Insert>Item pull down menu and then browsing for the email I
wanted to insert into the task.

How do I do that using Outlook 2007 and Vista
 
Exactly the same way with the difference that the Insert menu is now a tab
on the Ribbon.
