how do I attach a pdf file to the end of a text file

I have a text file and I need to attach a file that is in pdf and has text
and pictures in it. How to I attach it?
 
You may be able to grab the graphic out of the PDF and insert it in Word.
Or, if you have Acrobat, you could save the PDF as a JPEG and insert it as a
picture.
