How do I attach a folder to an email in Outlook?

Sometimes I need to send all of the files in a folder to someone by email.
Is it possible to attach a folder to an email in Outlook 2003 rather attach
each individual file?
 
You need to zip the contents of the folder with path allocations using
Winzip or Winrar etc to a single file. If the resulting file is larger than
a couple of megabytes then consider sending it by Messenger file transfer
rather than e-mail or you could block the recipients e-mail access.
